Alvin was great. We were there for LONG time, but that was only b/c they didn't have the color we wanted in stock and he sat there right in front of us and traded with another dealership to get us the exa was only b/c they didn't have the color we wanted in stock and he sat there right in front of us and traded with another dealership to get us the exact car that we wanted. He was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy at all. He was there to sell us the car we wanted, not try to get us into a different car that he was hoping to sell. We enjoyed spending the better part of the day with him and were very very happy with our experience. I highly recommend Alvin as someone who will steer you the right way (pun totally intended) and not be a pushy car salesman. More
I have been a loyal Honda customer since 2000. I bought my first car (Honda Civic) at this dealership. In 2007 I traded in my civic for an accord at a different Honda dealership. I have always gone for service such as oil change or body work at Airport Marina Honda, however the last two times I have gone I have been very unsatisfied. I refuse to get service from Airport Marina Honda! #1 Several months ago I made an appointment for regular service (oil change). My appointment was at 12:00pm, however, when I arrived at AMH I was told they were backed up and had several cars in front of me and the wait would be 30 minutes to 1 hour. I mentioned I had an appointment, but that did not matter, I would have to wait! #2 I received a coupon from AMH for new Accord tires %88.00 each. I made an appointment and asked the woman for information. (How many miles are they good for, will they be appropriate for my car, etc) However, when I arrived at AMH I was told that those tires were not appropriate for my 2008 Accord, they were only good for older Accord models, and the tires I needed would be $150 each. AND they had to be ordered because they did not have any. Overall comments: Staff needs to inform customers that appointments are not required, give all information before an appointment, not mail coupons that are not appropriate for your car, have ridiculous high prices Therefor have created a very unsatisfied customer! We were in search of a Honda Fit for our daughter in Los Angeles, and largely coming up empty because of a shortage of these cars in the entire state of California. We finally found what we wanted at Airpo Angeles, and largely coming up empty because of a shortage of these cars in the entire state of California. We finally found what we wanted at Airport Marina Honda, who moved very quickly to put the deal together over the Internet and via phone (we are in Seattle). The car was found over a weekend, we pretty much had everything nailed down by Monday, and our daughter drove out of AMH in her new car that Tuesday. Thanks to Alvin Benjamin at AMH for being responsive to our many email and phone questions, and putting this deal together quickly. Our only regret is not getting a few hundred knocked off MSRP, but it was clearly a seller's market in view of the shortage of vehicles, so we didn't haggle. Our daughter is very happy with the Fit, incidentally. More

I believe that the dealership and the 2 employees noted went out of their way to get us the best deal and in these tough times for the Japanese dealerships the car we wanted. The search of the whole LA bas went out of their way to get us the best deal and in these tough times for the Japanese dealerships the car we wanted. The search of the whole LA basin was extensive, thorough and time consuming but they came through for us. I will recommend this dealership to all who are out there looking for good service. More
I purchased a 2011 Accord via the internet and dealt with Serge Haftvani. Everything promised was delivered. This dealership had the best price. We had a WONDERFUL experience at Airport Marina Honda. We traded in our old Ford and bought a new Honda Accord. Eveyone was professional and curtious. Once we decided to purchase the Honda Accord, it took Alvin a day and a half to locate the exact car we wanted (From color to accessories, not an easy task, I am very picky). When we got the call it was on it's way to the dealership, we were on our way to finalize the deal. We were greeted the minute we stepped foot on the lot and John and Alvin were paged right away. We also met Dan Theroux the general manager. They all made us feel like we were part of the "Honda Family" and went into detail to show me how to use the new functions on my car. We would definatly purchase another car from them in the near future and would reccommend them to all of our family and friends. More
