Ashley Warner was my service manager and she did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the progress and the diagnosis of the issue regarding my vehicle . I needed it in a specific time as I was p excellent job of keeping me informed of the progress and the diagnosis of the issue regarding my vehicle . I needed it in a specific time as I was preparing to leave on a month long trip towing my travel trailer. She explained to the shop what I needed and they delivered 3 days ahead of the probable resolution of my truck’s issue. It was not a simple fix as the passenger side exhaust manifold was warped and one of the manifold’s bolts had broken off. When I received the bill everything was exactly explained in the bill how they diagnosed, what they did to fix it and each part was listed including the cost. I was very pleased with Akins Ford as this is the second time I brought my 2016 ecoboost to them. I brought my truck back to them because of the excellent service I had received from them. Last time it was the driver side manifold that an independent shop screwed up. They also replaced plugs and coils last time. My truck is running smooth with the appropriate gear shifts and power. Again I want to thank Ashley for her good communication with me and let me know my questions and concerns were important to her. Akins Ford is my go to place for repairs and service on my truck More
Absolutely terrible! I have purchased several vehicles from you guys and the service has gotten worse every time I use you guys for something. I (scheduled an appointm I have purchased several vehicles from you guys and the service has gotten worse every time I use you guys for something. I (scheduled an appointment) to get my oil changed, fuel filter changed, tires balanced and rotated. After I told two different ladies over the phone the tire and rim size, and that Wild Willies would probably have to complete the balance and rotation. I got a call from your service department saying that they had to send it over to Wild Willies for just that. They also said they would call me when it was completed before the end of the day. Also advised me that I would receive a text about the oil change to make a payment. There was a recall that she advised me of and it was not even a thought for you guys to handle while you had my truck. I called Wild Willies to see if they completed my truck yet as I had not heard from your service department and they told me they would not be able to even get to it for a couple days minimum. He told me that they stay about a week and a half out on work. I told him that’s why I made a freaking appointment and told two different ladies my situation. Absolutely unacceptable the run around I received the past couple Times I brought you a vehicle to work on. I guess Brad got WAY too big for his britches and the customers service went to xxxx in a handbag. But I’m sure you guys could care less. You really don’t have any competition, or you would be hurting for sales and service if you did. Very unhappy and disappointed customer for several years now. I guess it’s time to find a new dealership that wants to treat people like people!!!!! More
My most resent service at Akins was very pleasing, Vanessa Easley was the greatest service writer. It's too bad that this dealer gets a 1-star rating from me, since all of this has to do with Crysler Dodge's pure lack of response to our early engine failure due to a known problem.
