Everyone from the clean-up guys to the owner and everyone in between have been professional yet fami never been disappointed with their performance. Scheduled a mobile service for routine oil change. I have used the service in the past with no problem. This time, I was given a window from 9:00 to 12:00 for the service. I received a text from the tech around 7:30 stating that I was his third scheduled visit of the day. Around 11:15 I received another text stating he was just leaving his first visit and on the way to his second visit. I knew then he would not make the scheduled window. I asked what time he felt he would arrive and I was told it would now be 2:00 pm. Once he arrived, I spoke with him and he said he had calls dispatched in Cleveland GA and Homer GA. Cleveland is 1 hour and 15 minutes from my house. The tech performed great service, but the scheduling failed him. I was very satisfied with the technician and his service but the scheduling was a failure from the start. It should not take 5 hours waiting for a service to be performed. Never had any issues with the service department at Akins. They are always on time and provide great communication. More

Ford Edge was stumbling while driving slow. Called Akins, they set up a ride along with a service advisor. Service advisor (Ashton) agreed and set up drop time for the vehicle the next day fo Called Akins, they set up a ride along with a service advisor. Took a full week before we got the vehicle back, however it was fixed & working properly when we picked it up. Chris, Service Advisor, sent several texts to keep us updated.
