Scheduled my appointment a month in advance, dealer is very good so they stay busy! Advisor contacted to give me reminder of the appointment. All things were on the RO from original appointment when I arr very good so they stay busy! Advisor contacted to give me reminder of the appointment. All things were on the RO from original appointment when I arrived to drop off with Erica. She did walk around on vehicle with me present and truck went straight in for maintenance and a recall. Advisor even offered a ride to work. Had vehicle dropped off to me at work ahead of projected completion. All work appeared complete and cleanly done!! Really like the inspection process and updates on vehicle through maintenance process. Want to note advisor was very knowledgeable and new of items in need for service interval. Thanks Erica and Akins!! More
Always AMAZING SERVICE. I had a broken hood release cable. Eric Matte made me feel so comfortable and kept me up to date. Even found out my Max Warranty covered it. My Jeep Renegade is my retirement vehicle and the service was INCREDIBLE. Note: the waiting area with coffee, drinks and munchies along with TV and comfortable chairs helps tons. :) More
I will never support a dealership that treats their service customers the way this Dealership does. Not when you want to buy, but when you need Service etc. That is how a company should be judged, and Aikens failed. Everyone should rethink going here. More
