Went several times to look at cars. Got pummelled with phone calls from them afterwards. Negotiated a deal over the phone for an exact price for the car we were interested in. Deal was approved by salesman and his manager...but only for that day. Went in and they told me they couldn't honor the deal. That the salesman's job was to get me into the dealership and he didn't have the authority to set a price. Huh? More
