Very sales driver, no care or compassion for the buyers. It's sad sad to me. If they can help and not lose would be great. They had me driving with the wrong VIN number attached to the vehicle and once it w It's sad sad to me. If they can help and not lose would be great. If I was stopped by an officer how would my situation play out. There's no way an officer would believe me.I asked about a second key and that was ignored several times. Lorence kept trying to sell warranty and we denied several times and even stated he would be able to get a lower rate for us if we took the warranty knowing I can get a lower rate regardless because I have an excellent credit score. He admitted what benefit he get in helping us if we don't take the warranty. The car I got was very dirty. Marcus and Lorence played us. I really respected Najeeb very nice, humble guy and if I was to recommend services I would hope one day Najeeb open his own car lot so I can support him. They also put you to work with people of your nationality and that is a garbage tactic to make you feel comfortable so they can make major profit off of you. I'm so upset with Lorence because he claimed he was using coupons and that's crap coupons that do not exist he was willing to max out on the buyers rate instead of the bank rate and claimed I could have gotten a 7 percent has I gotten warranty. It's all gimmicks and tricks, and games. When the economy this high why try to get people just for a sale. However I'm sure Lorence and Marcus boss is proud of them because they are good at the selling game. It is whatever. Let me get my second key! Especially since the service was poor. More
