Terrible customer service! Total disregard for the customers time. Service managers were dismissive and unwilling to try and comprehend my concerns. The service team was okay, not great. Hollywood Toyota was way more friendly. I ask about the service to drop me off home because I had a 2 hour wait time and was told they do not know what i was talking was way more friendly. Now, the people in the waiting area was nice enough to check on us and ask " If there is anything they could do to help." But Taylor the cashier was rude. The Jason brought me inside to pay for my services, and he was waiting with me for about 5 mint in line but the site was closing so i told him "you can go because i know there are things he need to do before you leave". Then a few minute later i move up into the line. Taylor, said absolutely nothing to me because she was on the phone with someone. Now, I understand that you are dealing with a customer on the phone and you have customers in front of you that, that could be a lot. But at least say " one second ma/lady, I will be with you in a few" I had to ask her when will it be my turn. When I did ask her that she in return told me she is dealing with someone on the phone and they were before me. I then started to walk around the waiting area to kill time. Now, i been there since 3:30pm in which I had an appt, and it was now 6:00pm and instead of paying and leaving. I had to walking around trying to kill time, waiting for you to finish with the call. Then another customer come up and seen me walking around and ask if I was in line, so I went back to the front of the line. She ask me my name I told her, she told me the amount and I stared to hand her the card and she said " the card machine is down there" with a attitude. Then after that she gave in paper to sign and stated " sign that" to I return and say " can you sign that please" she came back with " what?" So, at this point I was not feeling the energy and stared to get upset. I ask her for her supervisor, she stared to be cute, saying "oh, it's three of them, idk which one you want." We had to play a dance to get a name. Then I ask her, her name and even turn into another back and front. I have purchase two car from this location and never have I ever been treated the way I was on 03/26/21. I have call Cann, the manger and haven't gotten a call back has of yet. I don't believe I will be back to this location. More
