From the call when they told me they could get me in right away to Shedrick helping me immediately months and needed to have my Highlander serviced. Last month, I brought my Corolla for a front brake job. Ever since something was wrong. Turned out that after the job , one brake caliper has one bolt missing and one bolt loose. I know because I remove th Ever since something was wrong. Turned out that after the job , one brake caliper has one bolt missing and one bolt loose. I know because I remove the wheel to take a look . So I brought the car back. Officially, I was told that the mechanic found a stripped and overtightened bolt. This is obviously blatant smoke, because as I said , one bolt was completely missing and the other one was just fine ( I have a picture of it ) BEFORE I brought the car back. The two review stars are not for the botched brake job and missing bolt, but for the lack of admission they made an error . I doubt I will my car back for service ( I used to do that ) because the trust is gone. I do not blame the service rep who are relaying what the shop told him. More
