Jerrit was very Rude to both myself and the next customer; I requested only my coolant be checked because I wasn't sure how to check it; and for a tire rotation , if necessary. He subsequently claimed I need more services and sent me home because it would take a long time...only to turn around and have me brought back almost immediately saying it was suddenly done and their sales rep wanted to buy my car as a trade in on a new car!!! More

The maintenance light was on when I went for service and they told me I was due for any oil change. The technician forgot to reset the maintenance light, So I had to go to another dealer in Naples 3 days they told me I was due for any oil change.
