I avoided to go to this dealership for any services for a while due too my past bad experience not sure why I gave it another chance and yes disappointed again ..I went for a regular simple oil change but I while due too my past bad experience not sure why I gave it another chance and yes disappointed again ..I went for a regular simple oil change but I was persuaded to do other services thst they said my SUV needed..my SUV had no issues when I went for these services but now 1 month later my car s safety sensors are not working my airbag signal will not turn off..wires are hanging out or looks likes they were pulled out from under my steering wheel..my SUV is a mess..my SUV is garage kept im the only driver and on top of this I was away for 3 weeks so did not realize all this till now..last place my car went for service was here..I called services department yesterday and asked if they did any services thst required them to go in my SUV they said no ALL work done was done outside of vehicle..I explained what I noticed and they claimed that rodents must have done something..I am baffled too what they claimed this is the most ridiculous claim I heard of..they messed up my car and now do not want to be responsible for anything ..I will definitely reach out to cooperate and upper management and request for them to do a video investigation..I will not let this go..but I am definitely DONE with this dealership..it's a shame how you treat people's cars when dropped off for service..not happy at all .. Used to like this dealership. No more. Avoid at all costs. Leased a "new" 2025 Sport Bronco. 1 week later received sensor error warnings. Service denied the warranty claim, saying No more. Avoid at all costs. Leased a "new" 2025 Sport Bronco. 1 week later received sensor error warnings. Service denied the warranty claim, saying there was an "impact" on a brand new car! But no impact, no marks, no evidence, and no details. Just denied. After 3 days in service BTW. Then senior management ignored my calls and emails. I am dealing now with Ford Corporate. The silence from the dealership speaks volumes. This is my 3rd Ford from Al Packer. There will never be a 4th. So sick of corporate America taking advantage of the little guy. No more! More

**Subject: Extremely Disappointed – Unacceptable Treatment from Ford Service After \$2,700 Spent on Tires** I am writing this out of frustration and disappointment with how I’ve been treated by F Treatment from Ford Service After \$2,700 Spent on Tires** I am writing this out of frustration and disappointment with how I’ve been treated by Ford — a company I’ve supported for years and trusted with my vehicles. After spending **\$2,300** on a full set of brand new tires, one of them **cracked in under two weeks**. I returned expecting that Ford would stand behind the product and take care of a loyal customer. Instead, I was charged **over \$500** for a replacement tire — with only a **\$60 discount** offered as compensation. That’s insulting. I’ve now spent **\$2,700** on tires in less than a month, and there was **no meaningful warranty support, no real customer service, and no ownership of the issue**. That’s unacceptable. What makes this worse is how I was treated. The service manager was **dismissive, unhelpful, and completely lacking empathy**. After buying **four Ford trucks**, I expected better. Frankly, I chose Ford over Goodyear because I believed I’d get better service and stronger support. I was wrong. Ford should have done more — **a warranty replacement, at the very least a 50% discount** on the damaged tire. Instead, I was left feeling like my loyalty means nothing. This is not how you treat long-term customers. I am asking for this situation to be reviewed and corrected. I expect a fair reimbursement for the replacement tire — and I want to know what Ford intends to do to make this right. More
AL Packer Ford in West Palm Beach is like no other car dealership we’ve ever experienced. The dealership and representatives were outstanding and made the entire truck buying process a breeze. Our sales c dealership we’ve ever experienced. The dealership and representatives were outstanding and made the entire truck buying process a breeze. Our sales consultant, AJ, was a powerhouse of knowledge, professionalism, and charisma. AJ’s business approach was phenomenal from start to finish, no nonsense, out-the-door price upfront, and autonomous power to make a deal happen. We even had the pleasure of not having to meet “his manager”, when has that ever happened at a car dealership. 5 Stars and a highly recommended! More

I recently had a problem at another dealer. This dealer made it right even know it wasn’t there fault. That’s great customer service! I also appreciate the steering assist in the bronco sport.
