We bought a Ford F450 2023 at Al Packer Ford and we wanted to build our credit with Ford.com . Al Packer Ford decided to sell our contract to a Financial Bank since they pay more then Ford.com. This dealership doesn't even deserve 1 star and needs new management. My husband purchased a used truck from this dealership, and in less than 1 week had a problem with his transmission. My husband was picketing at the dealership today, and Mark threatened to come to our house tonight with a sign saying my husband is a pedophile!! They are HORRIBLE!! The sales manager Tracy had a bad attitude when it came time to deal. He got mad and walked out after telling us "frankly at this point I don't want to do the deal", he picked up his papers and said nothi time to deal.
