Service advisor was helpful, but car was not fixed. It was in for 2 weeks. I got it back Saturday, and it seemed to run OK for a day before problem started again Monday evening. I called this morning (Wednesday) to get it back in and fixed and to get a loaner vehicle. Hopeful they will stand by their work after a $6900 repair bill (which was under their estimate but much higher than online estimates I received for the repair that was to be done). More
