From the moment I arrived, the service agent’s tone felt cold and dismissive. When I explained the concerns I had with my 2025 Buick Envision, I sensed an immediate assumption that nothing could be wrong and that “this is how the car is made,” before anyone even inspected it.
During the test drive with the technician, I tried to describe the issues, but I was repeatedly interrupted and told the same thing — that the car was functioning as designed. At one point, I was even told that if I didn’t like the car, I should consider buying a different one. The overall interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.
Throughout the interaction, I felt dismissed and talked down to, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that this treatment was influenced by the fact that I am a young woman. I left the dealership feeling belittled and uncomfortable, without even going back inside.

I don’t have to go to a dealership to service my car. I want to and Todd is the reason. My vehicle is older and I keep up on the maintenance and I keep it nice.
I don’t have to worry about some shop trying to upsell me on something I don’t need. He explains everything and delivers it on time.
Let’s not forget about the Union technicians. They are also a reason I continue to come back. Skilled labor isn’t cheap and cheap labor isn’t skilled. I don’t have to worry about coming back because the problem wasn’t fixed the first time. They are trained professionals on the make and model of my vehicle.
