Had one prior poor incident with this dealership which was resolved very well by the Service Writer Gigi, Service Manager Lori, and General Manger Mike Hall on a follow up visit. I wrote a great review for this dealership on Google Reviews. However after that, I called on October 30th with an issue and never received a call back. I called on February 1st and spoke to Gigi. Set up an appointment for later that day to drop off my truck. Several hours later I received a call from Todd. Who stated that they would no longer service my vehicle. Eventually I was forwarded eventually to the Parts Manager who explained that Mike Jones the Service Director - who as it turns out is listed at Al Piemonte Nissan and oversees both - reviewed the file and they would not be able to meet my needs. Basically it explained to me that due to the prior problem I had with my truck they would no longer allow me to bring my truck there for service per Mike Jones. I make no claims to have been pleasant during this phone call. But the two people who resolved the issue are no longer there (Lori & Mike) Would give them all the business. Todd needs to find a new line of work. Gigi has been great. Instead , someone I never met didn't even have the time of day to call and explain or understand things were resolved. But apparently they were not. The truth is I was refused service because Mike Jones saw that my review on this site never came down. He did not want another bad review. He was never a part of any of it. What if maybe. The staff actually did their jobs and got a good review. Like the one they have on Google? These reviews are manipulated plain and simple. More
No masks being worn by staff. I know how to take precautions & I made sure to disinfect my belongings after service. I was very happy Alex accepted me even though I didn’t have an appt. Tod from Service was very kind and professional. And so happy you now have loaner cars for us if we need to leave our car. When I called to setup an appointment. The team was very accommodating, and when I called to let them know I had finished quicker than I thought, they stated for me to bring my vehicle in for servicing at a accommodating, and when I called to let them know I had finished quicker than I thought, they stated for me to bring my vehicle in for servicing at an earlier time slot. Purchased my vehicle there brand new. Have had 99% of all service work performed there and boy have I had a lot of trouble with this vehicle. When I came in hardly No one was wearing a mask I was Appalled. B service work performed there and boy have I had a lot of trouble with this vehicle. Being a Senior it made me extremely Nervous I even went Outside to finish waiting for my car I even said to Todd y’all gone Kill me as even more workers walked freely through the Service Dept as well as the Entire building. Then I had to pay $100.00 for a $2000.00 plus diagnosis that I didn’t get done I felt Totally Screwed all the way around. Jesus More
We purchased a 2018 GMC Yukon from Al Piemonte along with an extended warranty. We brought it in for service, and the service was fantastic.
