I brought my Jeep Gladiator in for a recall. The appointment was easy to set up. I was in and out of Al Piemonte dealer in under an hour. I even received a free car wash. I originally brought my 2009 Caliber here for service . It has 413,000 miles on it.. so happy with the service here that I bought my 2019 Cherokee . I maintain my vehicles, and I purchased a MaxCare warran It has 413,000 miles on it.. so happy with the service here that I bought my 2019 Cherokee . I maintain my vehicles, and I purchased a MaxCare warranty.. My Jeep is approaching 400,000 miles now, and it's still on the road daily. Very happy with the new ownership, And Chrissy is a great service writer and makes it easy to maintain a high mileage vehicle. Great employees like her make me come back. I'm there at least once a month for an oil change, so I'm well known there.. Makes me feel like family. More

Although I live 26 miles away, accirding to the rep at the car show in Chicago, AP was the dealership that finally had the Charger I waited so long for. My 2013 that I'dI had for over 10 years, in pristi the car show in Chicago, AP was the dealership that finally had the Charger I waited so long for. My 2013 that I'dI had for over 10 years, in pristine condition, & only 40M miles, was briadsuded. I truly cannot say enough good things about each & every one at AP, from those pn the sales floor to those behind the scenes. A particular that you to those thar answered my numerous phone callswith questions and concerns about my new 2026 Charger that I ordered during the 20 weeks it took for her to be born & delivered. A special thanks too to those who worked hard to give me options when it turned out the new r/t Chargers were not available at the time of my first visit. The sale person, Dakota, who greeted me, called me when I could finally order my car, and has taken real good care of me all through the delivery process, is truly an asset to the Sl Piemonte Dealership. He still is making sure that my appointments are made for what needs to be done on my new car. I would definitely return to AP should I need a vehicle in the future. I would also highly recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle Thank You to all! More
