I brought my Jeep in due to warning lights on the dashboard and was charged $198 for diagnostics. The following day, I was told additional diagnostics would be required—for another $198. Despite spending over $300, nothing was actually fixed and the warning lights are still on. All they ended up doing was an oil change, which should have cost $54.99, yet I was charged $330. To make matters worse, the service manager was a bit rude throughout the process. The only information I received was what I could have learned from a basic oil change. What’s especially frustrating is that this is the same issue I had before my warranty expired—an issue they didn’t seem willing to identify until the warranty had ended. Now, they’re suggesting it might be the transfer case, which was previously repaired at this same dealership. If that’s the case, it clearly wasn’t done properly the first time. My family has purchased several vehicles from this dealership—including my parents and myself—but this experience makes me feel like I’m being nickel-and-dimed. At this point, I’ve taken my vehicle elsewhere and seriously doubt I’ll return More
