Made an appointment for a simple oil change. When I got there they told me an hour and a half same as someone who did Not have an appointment. I told them this is unexceptable To which I was tol When I got there they told me an hour and a half same as someone who did Not have an appointment. I told them this is unexceptable To which I was told " I'll have you out within the hour...After an hour passed I went and asked how much longer? The mechanic popped his head up from my car and said " I'm just getting started" I was understandably upset. Sooo He rushed through my oil change and needles to say it took over an hour and half! Had to skip the car was too. More
