I brought my truck into Crystal Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in January/February 2024 to fix a hissing noise when turning the steering wheel and for some general maintenance. Unfortunately, after they replaced the power steering line, the issue worsened. When I brought the truck back, they installed a new hydroboost, but it was still worse than when I initially brought it in. In April, I then took my truck to Performance Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Centerville, Ohio, where they determined that Crystal Lake cdjr had installed the power steering line incorrectly, stripping the threads and causing a leak that contaminated the entire power steering system. As a result, I had to have the hydroboost, power steering lines, and pump replaced at a significant cost. After discussing the situation with the service manager, he agreed to reimburse me for the damage/misrepair caused by their team. I submitted all requested documentation, including invoices and photos, but communication has been extremely poor ever since. He assured me months ago that he would send the information to corporate and provide me with an update, but I have heard nothing since. It has now been 4-5 months with no resolution. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and follow-through. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience with both the repairs and their handling of the situation afterward. More

Right out of the gate, when I walked into the service dept (I did have an appt) person sitting at the desk ignored me. Finally when he did acknowledge me, he suggested I had 2 choices. Bought an overpriced car for our daughter from them last year. All the extras too (excessive warranty, etc). Within two weeks our daughter was unable to drive due to a medical condition and we had to get year. All the extras too (excessive warranty, etc). We brought it back to them and they said we don’t do returns so they bought it back from us and charged us $2k extra just to take it back. With the down payment and this horrific return fee we paid over 4k for having the car two weeks. Do not do business with them. Ever. More

Basically screwed me over and now I am told I have to go through Chrysler but I am past the expiration date and now I am S.O.L. and have to fight with Chrysler. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!! I made an appointment online, Got Confirmation right away to pick a date and time to Come in. I chose the next day to come in. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a man named Chester (chet). I explained to him that I wanted to test drive a vehicle and also was going to trade in a vehicle and to lets get this process started. Chet asked some question and got the keys to vehicle and we took it for a test drive. Chet was super personal and also very friendly. One of the nicer sales man from a dealer i have del with. He was not pushy and new his job very well. We got along very well throught the whole process and was in and out of the dealer in under 3 hours. Probably the only time i have never taken a whole day to complete this task. i was also able to get more for my trade in that i thought originally and also was able to walk with the truck i wanted as well.
