While looking through there inventory we checked different vehicles like the Edge, Explorer and I went in with my wife to purchase a new Ford Fusion. Got something I truly wanted! Back in mid June I bought a used car from this dealership and I wasn't really happy with it. The salesmen and the finance department went above and beyond to help me find the right car and the right deal for me considering what I was looking to pay. I went from a 09 ford fusion, to a 2014 ford focus and they did everything they could to make the deal happen asap. I couldn't have been happier with the experience that I had with this dealership. George Nano is the best!!! I am not even quite sure where to begin, but with the fact that I had the best experience ever at Al Piemonte Ford! George was my Salesmen who greeted me right away with a huge smile and ready to work with me to find the truck that I wanted for my family. It was definitely a roller coaster ride for him because I wanted him to find a truck that wasn't even on their lot. George never let me down throughout the whole process. He called me each day to let me know what was going on and gave me details of trucks that he could find. I was very picky with what I wanted and so he kept looking and looking. After 3 hard working days... He called me and said "I found a truck for you and you are going to adore it!" Well he was right!! George traveled to pick up my truck and when I got to Al Piemonte Ford to pick up my truck I was tears. They were tears of enjoyment and for George because all of his hard work was finally over! I went to this dealership thinking I was going to come home that same day with my ford explorer that I wanted so much! Little did I know that it wasn't going to be that easy.
