I went for oil change, the technician not even reseted the oil change light. It took him 1 hour to do the oil change because he was just walking around and talking to coworkers. I used to recommend this service center all the time. The last 2 times I have been there, Fernando took care of me and I am not happy. I brought my wife’s Rogue in for an oil change and he used synthetic The last 2 times I have been there, Fernando took care of me and I am not happy. I brought my wife’s Rogue in for an oil change and he used synthetic without my approval which cost me double what I usually pay. This time I brought my pathfinder in and I didn’t receive a call telling me it was done. I only found out it was done because I came in to check on it. I have purchased 8 vehicles from you and have all my maintenance work done here. I’m rethinking it now. More
