Incomplete service ! Bad service al me the time A couple days ago I went to this location for a service and this was my experience . I told the lady named Melissa that I was liking for the oil chang A couple days ago I went to this location for a service and this was my experience . I told the lady named Melissa that I was liking for the oil change, check the fluids and a car wash service. I receive a “deal” when I bough the car, it was 2 years of free service, but what I want you to know is if you get a “free service deal” with them it really means INCOMPLETE or bad service, she took my keys and I wait for more than an hour while they were doing the service . When finally get my keys back and went to my car I found out that the car wash service wasn’t done! I left the location with out say anything about it however, it wasn’t a big deal at all. Latter on I check the fluids of my car at home and what was my surprise that the antifreeze container was almost empty!! Even tho on the receipt that I received it was marked as “checked” what an unprofessional and bad service is offered there! Now I’m not sure if the oil was change or not, first time buying at this location and definitely never buy again with them !!! More
