I really didn't mind the opportunity as the salesman promised me my already fragile credit would not be impacted ( not a hard hit) at least. Well he came up with a deal that was totally off the grid for me and I received several alerts from my credit monitors of the iinquiries. All in all, the staff is well trained in customer service. recommended oil change I bought my used 2016 Nissan Versa Note from Bill Kay Nissan from an online lead through Carfax. I would have bought a car from Al Piemonte, but they I bought my used 2016 Nissan Versa Note from Bill Kay Nissan from an online lead through Carfax. I would have bought a car from Al Piemonte, but they didnt have a car that met my needs at the time. Anyway, I got a good deal on my purchase from Bill Kay, and all was good. I get emails from them prompting me for service, but my job just doesnt give me the time to do it. Their dealership is just too far away for me to go there for service. Al Piemonte is just 10 minutes from my house, so I kept them in my wheelhouse. I happened to have an off day from my work the other day, and was taking care of some of my shopping chores, and drove by Als place, and decided to pull in and ask how I go about scheduling an oil change. The sales rep outside in the lot told me it was first come, first served, and they werent too busy at the time. So I decided to get it done, and just hang around. About 1 hour, no bid deal. They have a nice waiting area with coffee, water, tv, nice! Was surprised that my car was washed too, cool! Got a conventional oil change, price seemed a little high, but I cant really complain, Im just trying to be compliant with warranty recommendations. I will definitely come back to Al Piemonte Nissan when needed. I still work on my own vehicles, so I wont come back for all the small services though. Overall, great first time, and I will keep these folks first in my contacts. Thanks! More
