Awesome Manager! I was kinda disappointed about a recent visit wait time and Edgar made me feel better about the experience. 3 hour wait Came in for an oil change at 10:30 and was told a 2 hour wait. I hesitated then but knew to be done. But ended up not getting out until 1:30. Smh...
