2 hours for an oil change Took way too long for a simple oil change on a weekday morning! They put a wiper blade on and it seemed it added another hour to the wait. Eventually Took way too long for a simple oil change on a weekday morning! They put a wiper blade on and it seemed it added another hour to the wait. Eventually I checked the service area and noticed it was just sitting there parked. I waited another 15 minutes and couldn’t take it anymore. I went and asked him when it would be ready? He went back there and THEN they immediately brought the car around and got me my bill. $106 dollars. Not impressed by the delay and general apathy to get me out of there on a timely basis. More

I can not believe the owners allow him to manage anything! They are a bunch of liars to get the sale and after that they will not even acknowledge they did business with you. They never answer you calls or return your call. Once the deal is done and so are you. They sold me a lemon. I bought on June 4 2019 and went to the shop on June 22 2019 and I still without a car because it is not fixed yet. Please take my advice and stay away. Registration should be getting to me in two weeks and now it's been over one month and I still did not get it. Very Very deceived is how I feel right now. More
