The experience begins with a counter full of Service Writers that acknowledge you the instant that you drive in, and if they are busy, they let you know that they will be right with you. That in itself speaks volumes. Other dealerships either look away, or ignore you all together. My vehicles are assigned to a technician in a timely manner, and the writer gets back to me with diagnosis results, along with estimates of cost, part availability, and completon time. I would rate the Service Dept 5+ stars if the would only add a Text Msg feature to let my now when the service in completed. More
