rental disagreement The initial experience of purchase was excellent,until the installation of my sunroof,which lead to the courtesy car rental.I was told that it would t The initial experience of purchase was excellent,until the installation of my sunroof,which lead to the courtesy car rental.I was told that it would take a couple of days to complete,which turned into 3.5.I returned the rental only to experience the scam.The young lady first insults me concerning mileage of said vehicle,second I notice the same young lady in the drive up,go directly to the bumper,as if expected,They then brings another gentleman,(used loosely) to deliver the news.Saying that it appears that someone bumped into a small minute spot on the bumper,and proceeds to tell me that I have to pay them $250.to cover the spot,and tells me to refrain from hostility.How was I suppose to react to someone telling me,its not your fault but you have to pay for this.I Hope they enjoyed their comeup and have a ball for this is something for others to look out for but they wont have a customer in me because their practices were anything but exemplary to their customer.These 3 individuals need to learn more about customer service and compassion for their public More
