Superb service I came in for an alingment on my 2014 Nissan Frontier. My representative who's name I believe was Eric was more than helpful. In fact he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He's surprised me when he informed me that he was able to find a $20 coupon which decreased the price and made me extremely happy. Overall I have been coming to Al Piemonte Nissan for some time and during the time I have mostly received the same level of professionalism and courtesy. Availability of service times is always excellent. Prices seem to be the cheapest of all the dealerships in the area. The fact that I was able to do an alignment, which normally requires an appointment, just by stopping by on my day off, and still be able to take care of things was and is extremely convenient. The only issue I have with this dealership is that every time I stop by their service department - the advisors are never the same people. Seems like the turnover is way too high, but I may be wrong. This is an overall a five star dealership and again Eric thank you for your help - you and your colleagues are the reason I would definitely recommend Al Piemonte Nissan. More
