Sub par service and customer service that does not stand by their word. Have had nothing but problems since i purchased my new rogue. Pliers left on my car after service which slid an that does not stand by their word. Have had nothing but problems since i purchased my new rogue. Pliers left on my car after service which slid and scraped the new windshield i had to get as well as the paint, reps make promises but make no notes therefore you leave feeling good but are later shafted, reps dont listen when you come in with issues and need certain things done because they prefer to be on their ipads, disrespectful and rude management. Quite amazed people still purchase and get services from here. Definitely recommend a different location if youre looking for a nissan dealership. More
