DONT GO!!! I came from out of town and needed a oil change. I Could have waited till I got back home in Michigan, but I wasn't doing anything at that time so I I came from out of town and needed a oil change. I Could have waited till I got back home in Michigan, but I wasn't doing anything at that time so I figured I'll took care of it. The guy who serviced me goes by the name of Manuel. After I gave the keys and went to the rest area he came to ask me what kind of oil I use. I was confused, because I'm like I only take my car to Nissan dealers so you should know (is what I thought). So I told him let me call my dealer in Michigan and find out. When I called and asked them that question the guy was just as puzzled wondering why he asked me that, to find out he was trying to up sale me with a higher oil price for whatever reason. I waited over an hour patiently for my vehicle. When I received my keys and drove off, I noticed there was a weird noise every time I accelerated like there was nothing in it. I just thought it was just the fresh oil change, but when I got on the highway and accelerated my engine threw a rob and my car started smoking. Thank God I didn't get in an accident because of there lack of performance (mind you my car was at 75000 and I take good care of my car). Now I'm sitting on the side of the road for over another hour and have to pay hundreds of extra dollars to tow to my location (and its 8pm so everyone is closed) and wait till the Morning and tow again to get it fix because of the service from this location. After taking it back and WAITING almost an hour again to see a manager they claimed they had nothing to do with it and things like this JUST HAPPENS. When I decided not to let them fix it and had a tow come get it, as I'm walking to the back I notice my hood was still up and they were still messing with my car after being told over an hour ago that it was nothing they could do like they was trying to cover they tracks. I DO NOT recommend OR TRUST ANYONE TO GO HERE! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN! YOU ARE BETTER OFF WAITING AND RIDING IT OUT TILL YOU GET BACK TO YOUR HOME STATE TO A DEALER YOU TRUST. FOR THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE THERE PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY WILL TRY TO UP SALE YOU OR DAMAGE SOMETHING ELSE TO MAKE YOU PAY THEM. More

Gabriel Molina is awesome Gabriel Molina was fantastic, he was very friendly and made the process of buying out my lease quick and easy. However, when I went to the finance dep Gabriel Molina was fantastic, he was very friendly and made the process of buying out my lease quick and easy. However, when I went to the finance department. The individual I worked with(I cannot remember his name) was completely disregarding my concerns of the pricing. I realize that there is only so much that can be done(the interest rate is decided by the bank), but when I expressed my concern with the rate I got, I was told “that’s just what it is”. With some extra prodding by me, I was able to save a few extra dollars a month, but was still contracted in for more than I am comfortable with. After expressing that, the finance individual again disregarded that and continued to try and push add ons to up the cost even more. This was the second time I’ve leased from the dealer, and I decided to buy this time, but because of my experience I’m not so sure I’d consider doing it again. At least not there. I might has well have just bought or leased a new car for the price I got rather than buying out the lease. Again, Gabriel was great, but everything else wasn’t. More

Finally! A pleasant and straightforward experience! My wife and I had been shopping for new Murano and visited 4 dealerships in the process, Al Piemonte being the last. Out of respect for all, the other dealerships shall remain nameless. My wife and I, after feeling let down, disappointed and out right deceived, came to Al Piemonte a little discouraged, not knowing what to expect... boy were we surprised! Edgar, Javier, Karol and Giuliano were just what the car doctor ordered. After hearing some of our experience, they provided numbers that were clear and straightforward. I can honestly say we had a mutual understanding! The team expressed a willingness to work with us both through their words and actions. If you’ve purchased a car, you know that the process can take hours, a lot of hours! We were in and out in approximately 2 hours, that’s good for those of you who are new to the buying process. After buying with Al Piemonte, I can honestly say I would recommend them to anyone in the market of buying. If you do you homework, you’ll be alright! More

Not a thorough inspection Went there for change oil ang an overall check up, complained about a soft tire, been there for 1 & half hours. Best Used Car inventory around Stopped in and was extremely pleased with with amount of inventory this store holds.
