I’m very disappointed with the quality of service here. I bought a brand new car about 3 months ago from this dealership. I love my overall experience with my Nissan Kicks, but I realized a couple of weeks I bought a brand new car about 3 months ago from this dealership. I love my overall experience with my Nissan Kicks, but I realized a couple of weeks ago that the air flow on the windshield does not work. It was scary driving my car on cold and snowy days. I took it for service and they had my car for a week. When I got it back, things just kept getting worse from there. It seems they did a horrible job putting my car back together, the seat was out of place, the housing for the gear shift was detached, there was a screw laying in the back seat, the breaks are delayed and require multiple presses to work, and now my radio is not working properly and not responding to the controls on the steering wheel. I am really regretting my car purchase because of the horrible service at this location. More

My Christmas gift I never felt pushed into buying a vehicle.
