Air Bag Recall I was told at the time of the appointment over the phone that the Air Bag Recall would take 2 1/2-3 hours to complete. As a result, I was promised a l I was told at the time of the appointment over the phone that the Air Bag Recall would take 2 1/2-3 hours to complete. As a result, I was promised a loaner car, so I could keep my appointments. After arriving at the dealer, they told me that my particular recall would only take 45 minutes, and they had a policy that if a repair rakes less than 3 hours, I could not get a loaner. They did complete my vehicle in 45 minute, but they forced me to cancel a physical therapy appointment for which I got charged for as a result of not giving enough notice of cancellation. More

Used car I found the service to be ok. However, the sales department is another story. The sales department misled us on the terms of purchase and they only I found the service to be ok. The sales department misled us on the terms of purchase and they only gave us one set of keys at purchase promising delivery of the second set within the week. Rashun and I scheduled a time and place of pick-up and he was a no show. After this debacle he promised to mail the keys which never happened and i had to inconvenience myself by going back to dealership to have keys made. Absolutely horrible customer service from sales.
