Sun roof would not close My sun roof would not close and it was open for a few days. I tried to fix it myself by YouTube but it would not close. I made an appointment with Al piemonte Nissan and when I brought the car in Oscar help assist me through out my service request. he explain the diagnostic fee and my car was brought back I waited 30 minutes to find out it did not need repair and that they were able to get it closed! Oscar remain very professional throughout the process explaining the details of the problem. I will bring my car back there for any future service thank you again for your great customer service. Oil change takes over 2 hrs My oil change and tired patch took over two hours. Horrible time management. I took my time to make online appointment at 7am, arrived at 7:15(yes I w My oil change and tired patch took over two hours. Horrible time management. I took my time to make online appointment at 7am, arrived at 7:15(yes I was late). At about 8:45 I ask how much longer will I be here. At this time I noticed they just lifted my car up and started work on the oil change. They need to hire more mechanics and not make customers wait two hours for a regular oil change. They ended up fixing my tire for free after I complained of the wait which is nice and I appreciate it. I had oil changes done before and they take about 20-30 minutes. The time I actually left the dealership was 9:35am and they didn’t even wash my car! Isn’t that standard at a dealership 🤔 More
