Great Experience! Thank You! We always try to do business in our neighborhood; Downers Grove, Lombard, Oak Brook. When my daughter found the 2016 Jeep Renegade she was looking for We always try to do business in our neighborhood; Downers Grove, Lombard, Oak Brook. When my daughter found the 2016 Jeep Renegade she was looking for at Al Piemonte Nissan in Melrose Park I was discouraged. I could not have been more wrong. Sam Alfano (Used Car Manager) and the team at Al Piemonte Nissan were all wonderful. We negotiated a fair deal and left the dealership with the car my daughter bought on late Saturday afternoon and when she got home my daughter announced that there was a horrible noise coming from the engine that we had all test driven to our satisfaction; now, we realized there were a couple of problems with the car. My daughter called Sam’s cell phone, who by now was home, and he told her to bring the car back Monday morning and it would be fixed to our satisfaction because "Al Piemonte does not sell junk cars”. A sigh of relief came over all of us. We brought the car back, they gave us a loaner, and the Jeep was fixed and better and cleaner then we left it. The entire team including the mechanic who worked on it gathered around the Jeep to explain to us what had happened.
