HORRIBLE SERVICE REPS!! I’ve purchased a car here before and my sales rep, Maulik, was awesome!! This time I had a new rep, and he was terrible!! I even referred someone to h I’ve purchased a car here before and my sales rep, Maulik, was awesome!! This time I had a new rep, and he was terrible!! I even referred someone to him the same day I purchased my new car and it was the worst decision ever! “You’ll be fine” he said. Yea right! 2 months after purchasing the car my spouse and I keep getting harassed about certain documents that should have been obtained when I first got the car, which was their mistake. We kept getting text messages requesting different documents after we had already sent the first requested document. It had gotten to the point where this same rep was threatening that my car will be repossessed if I didn’t get the documents in that same day. Considering that this wasn’t my fault to begin with, I should not be held responsible! But, the harassment continued, as if my spouse and I don’t have a full time job and other priorities. This is a business and things should have been handled professionally, but it wasn’t! Terrible!! And i won’t be going to him again!! More
