Great experience overall I came in after shopping all day for a new vehicle. I had a couple of cars on the list and I figured I'd stop here last because it was close to home. I came in after shopping all day for a new vehicle. I had a couple of cars on the list and I figured I'd stop here last because it was close to home. I didn't expect to be greeted soon especially because it looked busy and it was a Saturday. A young guy named ERICK Orellana came to greet me with an enthusiastic attitude. I told him my needs and he proceeded to show me a vehicle that fit those needs. He didn't just show me the car, he made me fall in love with the vehicle. His attutude was just right (which I haven't seen in a lot of sales persons) we went on a quick test drive and came back sold on the vehicle. But not just yet. Of course the car was great but I had to get the best deal. He looked at me and told me not to worry about that part. We went back inside and( this was the part I hate the most) negotiated a deal. I thought it would be a long process to see if they can get the number to my needs. It didn't take him long to come back and when he did, the numbers were actually better than expected. It was too dumb to pass on the deal and ended up taking the vehicle. Since then I haven't forgotten how great of an experience I had buying a vehicle and that's thanks to Erick for making that process a whole lot easier! More

My wife and I went in "browsing mode" - we even discussed before going into the dealer that we would not purchase anything that day. Well, before we knew it, we were sitting behind the wheel of a 2016 Maxima and Sebastian just made it so easy to want to purchase the vehicle. I really never give reviews because I am simply not interested in doing so. However, I am a firm believer in giving credit where credit is do. This guy is honestly an amazing sales person and you are lucky to have him. Thank you Sebastian for guiding us through the process of actually having a good time while purchasing a vehicle.
