Worst dealer to buy cars from I stopped by with my wife planning to buy a Nissan Rogue, after a test drive and vehicle inspection we decided that we were buying the truck. Everything was going smooth and we reach a price on truck but the only thing that went wrong is that they didn't have the color my wife wanted. They offer to get the truck for us by Monday and we agreed. We gave a deposit for the truck and Monday we went back to get our new truck and to our surprise our sales guy told us that they had not been able to get truck. I asked for my money back and they just gave me all kinds of excuses for me not to get my money. Sales rep made me come back Tuesday to pick up my money and they were still trying to convince me to buy a truck from them even though they didn't have a truck for me to buy. They made me waste my time and gas. More

They are all about cutting corners. Avoid these guys like the plague. They are all about cutting corners. Bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from them a few weeks ago. The sheen that they put on the tires during the certified pre-owned “inspection” have now worn off, and it is evident that the tires are rotten. Rather than fix the problem, they tried accusing me of foul play (I must have put rotten tires on the car). I was also told that I should have bought a new car if I wanted to avoid getting tires with rot on them by a sales manager..classy guy. After learning that I was planning on buying another car and it would not be from Al Piemonte Nissan. They told me that they would cover 50% of the cost of replacing the rotten tires. They told me that they would call me with a time and day to bring in my car. This was on a Weds and I am writing this review on a Sunday. At least 3 managers were aware of the situation described above. If you want great service before AND after they get your money, go elsewhere. These guys are amateurs that love to cut corners. More
Worst service EVER! I was told in order to be in and out in a timely manner I needed to make an appointment on a weekday. I did so. I had an appt for 1pm. He at that point informed me it would be 2-3 hours. xxx! For an oil change??? He told me they were really backed up and nothing they could do but they would wash my car. I then left. The guy called me and told me my car was done after 1 1/2 hours. I got there and paid the cashier. When I went outside to get my car I waited 15 additional minutes to find out my car wasn't done. In the 3 hours they had my car all they managed to do was change my oil. Who the F works there that it takes them 3 hours to change an oil. I am so angry. This is the second time I have gone and still the xxxx service is the only thing consistent besides the unbelievable wait. I will never step foot back in there. More

Such a fun purchase! I recently bought a 2014 Nissan Sentra. The staff was incredible starting from my wonderful salesperson Maulik to the finance and general managers. I' I recently bought a 2014 Nissan Sentra. The staff was incredible starting from my wonderful salesperson Maulik to the finance and general managers. I'm a 24 year old woman and it people look at me like I'm young and inexperienced, but not here. I didn't feel pressured and what's more important, Maulik took his time to show me all the features on my new car. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thanks you, Al Piemonte! More
OMG what a dealer... nightmare This dealership is a joke. The customer service is bad beyond description. They lie and lie and lie on top of that. The service center is a joke. I read some people reviews about how satisfied they are, because the part needed was ordered and there in a few days. is that a joke? I bought Nissan there , they are called Piemonte Nissan, the service specialized in Nissans warranty and they need a few days to order a part. Why not have it in stock? I left my car there for promissed hour and half. After 2 and half hour I was told they looked at the car, but they dont have the part to fix it, so i can drive home and back the next day, or i can leave my car there. What a joke. First off all how would i get home without my car, I dont live next door or even close, second of all, I work..... I dont have a week of to work around their schedule. Come, wait, go, come , wait, go...... Am I working for them or are they working for me? I will never go back. i would ratter drive to Indiana to find another location than come back here. More

She does not know anything about the cars she is selling, and she even hit a car with a car I was test driving. If you tell her you're not there to buy and just to test drive, she gets extremely offended and almost pushes you out the door. I almost bought a 2011 Sentra from here, but I got a better deal on a new Chevy from a much friendlier and more competent dealership. If you do decide to come here, hopefully you'll have better luck with a different sales rep. She told me she hasn't been in sales for very long, and it shows. This is the second worst dealership I visited during my search. More
