I was told that I would have my 2nd oil change for free. I called a few days before to make sure it was in the system, when I got there it turned out I was lied to, not only was the free oil change not in t I called a few days before to make sure it was in the system, when I got there it turned out I was lied to, not only was the free oil change not in the system, i had to pay for regular oil not synthetic and when I wanted to confront the sales guy that sold me the car, he was in hiding and the manager also wasn't in for the day. Sales rep was rude and rediculously pushy. Im a woman, and I felt like a little disrespected and it was in general a very demeaninf experienced. I was spoken to as if i had NO idea what i was looking for/ and I felt like a little disrespected and it was in general a very demeaninf experienced. I was spoken to as if i had NO idea what i was looking for/ talking about when on the contrary i did my research for a good few weeks before i went car shopping. This dealership was very overprices and they assumed they'd impress me with rediculous features that meant nothing to me. Had absolutely no interest in meeting my needs other than making a sale. im glad i left and went to a different Nissan dealership where the experience was completely the opposite! More

I have my Versa serviced here. It's an expensive LOF if you don't use the coupons. It's fast though, which is good because the waiting room is pretty uncomfortable, hard wooden chairs and an old TV. It's kind of hard to get into and out of the service area, and the proximity of the North Ave frontage road makes it hard to manuver in general. But it's physical location is nice, on the corner or North and Mannheim. More
