It was obvious that Mario was working for us, the customer. Without us having to pry it out of him, Mario easily offered us with ample information about the vehicle we were testing, both the pros and customer. When he didn't know something, he didn't try to pretend that he did - he was honest, up front, and sought out answers for us when he didn't have them. Throughout the process of making the purchase, Mario stayed with us and explained what was happening, never leaving us on our own. The 3 stars for the dealership vs 5 stars has to do with one large disappointment we experienced. After we agreed on a price for the vehicle, Mario presented us with a sheet showing what all the charges would be (taxes, etc). We were taken aback to see a significant additional charge for the work to certify the vehicle. The vehicle was advertised as certified, so we expected that feature would have been included as part of the asking price just like the other vehicle features that were advertised. Like the leather seats, certification wasn't optional, just something that was part of the vehicle. This smacked of being a slick tactic to make the asking price appear lower and then allow it to be significantly padded after we agreed on a purchase price. If certification is included as one of the features, it should be included as part of the pricing as are the other features, not added on later. We seriously considered walking away because of this practice, and went through with the purchase only because the price was still within the range we expected to pay for the vehicle, even with the additional hidden charges . This is a very disappointing and unnecessary business practice leaving us with the impression that the dealership was not being fully above board. I would recommend Mario all day long, but I would only tacitly recommend this dealership coupled with a stern warning about the above described price-padding tactic. More

The car had a big scratch on the rear door that was not informed as I purchased at night. Poor sales experience. Visited the store the next day but no one entertained us.
