I came in unscheduled for a gas cap and asked if an oil change, blinker bulb and washer blades could be replaced. I was told there was no wait as a technician was available. Also had asked for tech to take vehicle for a test drive to try to diagnose a noise that occurs upon acceleration. No diagnosis was made although the noise occurs every acceleration and my visit lasted almost 3 hours. There was no proactive communication, I had to initiate any update I received. The work done does not warrant a wait of almost 3 hours. More
