My factory recall service was done promptly. My service contact was courteous and efficient. But I will not enter Al Piemonte’s business again until COVID 19 is a distant memory. I have used the service center multiple times and have had a good experience every time. The staff is helpful and informative and for service I would recommend this dealership. For sales I would absolu had a good experience every time. The staff is helpful and informative and for service I would recommend this dealership. For sales I would absolutely NOT recommend this dealership. The experience I had was completely different from the experience I had with the service department. The sales team was very unhelpful and rude. They were not straight forward and it took hours to get simple questions answered about the vehicle I was interested in buying. They also refused to give me the financing deal that Nissan was offering saying it was Nissan's decision not to approve me (despite my good credit score) and there was nothing they could do. I know they lied to me because I ended up buying a car at a different Nissan dealership the next day and they told me Nissan had approved me for their financing deal. Too many games, lies and attempts to get you to way over pay for a car. Do not waste your time here. More
