Went in yesterday to get my fleet vehicle serviced. I was there 3 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Ridiculous. They couldn't even be bothered to wash my truck when they were done. I should have listen to my family about this dealer , but because it’s the closest to me I went there and boy I regret it 100% stay away front his place all they care about is money how to nickel and dimed y because it’s the closest to me I went there and boy I regret it 100% stay away front his place all they care about is money how to nickel and dimed you ,went there for a ECM and BCM computers and they wanted double the money for each part ECM $1200 , I order it from Nissan USA for $695 just completely crooks and lets not talk about labor they will ask you for your retirement check, will never go back there and will tell my family and friend to stay away from this Nissan dealership, so many horror stories you can find on goggle and yelp! They wanted to charge me $2,000 for labor alone to find a Short on the harness that connects to the bcm , I took it to my local mechanic and found the problem right away and fix it right , the only reason I took it to the Nissan dealer it’s because supposedly they neeed it to reprogrammed the computers and on top of that they left remote key control unprogramed , they will tell you your car it’s been looked on but I went a couple of times and no one was working on my car, they are more Concerns about the other people that brings their cars for brakes jobs etc , jobs that will make quick money for them, and the very first day I dropped the car I was second in line and got the car the next day , mechanics don’t wear masks and some of the service people too, like COVID 19 don’t exixthere, on top of that I got home 30 mines after I dropped the car and guess what? I get a call from some car sales man telling me about my car that they will give me top dollar for it if I buy a new car , stay away from this place ,I don’t know if al Piemonte still alive but if he’s not who ever is running the show needs to get fired ! More
