While Elena was great and I have no complaints about the service on itself, it took 2 hours in between me arriving and leaving - the longest I have waited even though I had scheduled the 7am slot. I ended up leaving without a car wash, as that would make me even later for work. Most of my issue during this visit, however, was the complete disregard for the social distancing measures and mask usage related to the pandemic. While I understand that the salespeople are in their office environment, and at a private office people are generally not required to wear masks, the dealership is a place with higher public circulation. In between customers with masks below their noses and employees without a mask at all, and lack of hand sanitizing stations, I did not feel safe at the space. Walking into the salon one could think there’s no pandemic at all, by watching the salespeople congregating and chatting at close distance and no masks. Since I was not comfortable inside, I decided to wait outside. This meant sitting for 2 hours by the concrete base of a lighting pole, as there is no outside waiting area even though there is no shortage of space that could have some chairs for customers not willing to stay inside. Pretty sure some employees spotted me, although no one approached me to ask if they could make the wait more comfortable. Honestly, I am not planning on returning while the pandemic is going on unless I hear that protocols have changed. More

Al p Melrose park has been my dealership for over 20 years I have loved going and recommended it to many into now I came for a oil change and looked online for a coupon and found one for 10 dollars o years I have loved going and recommended it to many into now I came for a oil change and looked online for a coupon and found one for 10 dollars off but I had a hard time getting it to text to my phone but I did have another one that was also for 10 dollar off but it was not for the oil change I normally get Ms. Garcua explained I informed her I left my phone I had taken a picture of it and the coupon was there I asked if I paided for the service could I return home and get the coupon and get my 10 dollars off she then explain it would be hard to do that when the manager look into the computer he can see I have been a loyal customer for a long time I don't have to scam for a 10 off coupon Ms Garcia would not take the 10 off she said she would give me 5 dollars off and needed to take the 10 dollars coupon I said no I will keep it if you are not applying it. I asked for the manager and he came over and said he didn't have any deals on line and looked at me again not Everyone is trying to scam or get over on people I did see the deal on line and just forgot my phone Ms. Garcia inform me it would be a 1 hour and 45 minutes wait no problem But in the waiting area there very little social distance No visible wipes and hand sanitizer (at the end when I was going to pay I saw a bottle of hand sanitizer) the dealer were talking to customers some had mask some did not as also with customers The floor was not clean and garbage of overflowing where I sat Again I dont blame either one of them because i was the one who left the coupon but i was disappointed with the way i was treated i told her i didn't want the 5 dollars off either She later came out and told he was not going to give me the 5 dollars off I told Ms Garcia it was ok but again disappointed he may not know this but this is a customer who has had her daughter,sister,and great niece buy cars from this dealership More
Service department needs to know how to explain to the customers when they first are in contact with them how to clarify the difference between a rental and a loaner vehicle.
