Called ahead with my service issue to confirm it was under warranty. Arrived and was quickly greeted. Carlos remembered our conversation, checked-in my Rogue and set me up with a loaner Rogue. My issue was covered under warranty as expected and the job was completed sooner than expected! My Rogue came back clean and fixed. Everyone was very helpful and communication was great throughout. While the employees are friendly enough, they were not practicing social distancing or (except for the few ladies greeting you at the service department) even wearing masks. The waiting area was not set up for social distancing and was full of customers. In this age of pandemic this is totally unacceptable! They showed no concern for the health and well-being of their customers. They also played loud disco/ dance music throughout their overhead system, repeatedly ignoring my request to lower it or at least change it to an easier to listen to genre. The text message they send you while you're waiting is a joke. It says to let them know if there is anything to make you more comfortable while you wait. But then no one responds to your text at all! It was the most uncomfortable 2 hour wait for my car to be serviced that I've ever experienced at any Nissan dealer and will not be taking my car there again under any circumstance. It is obvious that Al Piemonte doesn't value their customers. More
I had a great experience with the gentleman that helped me in service. He was very polite and explained everything. I wouldn’t come again because the overall customer service in this dealership is very bad. As I walked in to service the lady working in service was giving attitude to a customer. While waiting for my rental a lot of customers didn’t have masks on and the staff wasn’t enforcing them to wear a mask either. When I received my rental the interior of the rental was dirty and could tell right away the car wasn’t cleaned which is a big problem when we are in the middle of a pandemic. When I went back to pick up my car I was given the keys and told to go find my car. I was told the car was parked somewhere in the right side and if I couldn’t find it to let service know so they can help me find the car. Horrible customer continues. I found my car and the first thing I noticed was it had a scratch on the door and on the side by the back wheel. I went to service and the guy said “you signed of that there was a scratch in the car when you brought it in” he didn’t even ask me where I had seen the new damage. He got mad and I was given attitude because I reported the damage. Luckily the minor damage was fixed. I came to this exact dealership because it was conveniently close to my house but I rather drive far and get treated better and not get my car returned with damaged. More
