Air cooled seat wasn’t working, Oscar said I broke it and wouldn’t fix it under warranty. When I got the truck back Steering wheel was dirty and oil on my door. Oscar cleaned it off after I brought it to his wouldn’t fix it under warranty. When I got the truck back Steering wheel was dirty and oil on my door. Oscar cleaned it off after I brought it to his attention. Dealer gave me a loner car, had it for one day and they charged Nissan for two days On the receipt I got. My truck is currently at another Nissan Dealer and they are fixing my issue under warranty. 1 star for crooked service department. Don’t care about fixing your truck under warranty, they seem to only care about getting money for renting loaner cars out. More

I am always happy with the friendly and professional service at AlPiemonte. However, I was disappointed that I was greeted by somebody NOT wearing a facemask. I work at Rush university, I am respectful service at AlPiemonte. However, I was disappointed that I was greeted by somebody NOT wearing a facemask. I work at Rush university, I am respectful enough to wear a mask so that others don’t have to worry about me spreading a virus. I would expect for a business with so much customer interaction, that It shows the same respect to its customers. Even sales personnel in the showroom was not wearing masks. I think its rude and disrespectful. More
