Terrible service from the service department. I drove 1 hr 15 min there for them to tell me I would have to leave my car there. The job takes 0.4 hours to complete and is a SAFETY RECALL. I told the lady on the phone how far away I was and she did not tell i would have to leave when I made the appointment. What is the point in making the appointment if I'm dropping it off. Additionally if you are going to leave you car you need to have someone else follow so it would have been nice to have them let me know that they were not going to touch on the day of the appointment. Waste of 2 and a half hours and a waste of gas. SAFETY IS NOT A CONCERN FOR THIS DEALERSHIP.!!! More

Though the oil Service was completed, I wasn't too fond of the 2 hour wait. Also, I am thankful that my car was sprayed and disinfected but I think they sprayed and forgot to wipe.
