Last week I purchased a Cadillac CTS4 from Al Serra Cadillac. Our sales contact Shawn White was more than accommodating in helping us find the right vehicle. Another lead sales guy (manager maybe?) at the Cadillac building tried to sell me on a lease but I was more interested in owning for the long-term, you know – finding a used gem that will last.
As a web design and marketing professional myself, I was glad that Sean was very understanding and not pushy about the lease idea, or other up-sales for that matter. He was very down-to-earth and professional throughout the process.
