Called to inquire about an Oldsmobile Intrigue that was for sale. I simply requested pictures of the car that were not included in the online ad. When I called later that day to follow up as to why she had not sent ANY pictures (I told her that cell phone pics would suffice). She rudely informed me that she was too busy to take any. I called the following morning and dealt with someone else and was told the car was sold. Apparently the right hand doesn't ever seem to know what the left hand is doing at this place. I would not trust these people to sell ice to igloos if their lives depended on it. The two people I dealt with were incredibly rude and negligent. More

Had my Chevy S-10 worked on, new radiator, new air conditioning compressor and front end work plus alignment. After the work was done, the truck still pulled to the right. The technician told me he would realign the truck after I purchased new tires. I took the truck to another shop and they aligned the front end with the existing tires, and there have been no more problems. Al Serra offered half my alignment money refunded, but I don't see why I have to pay for poor quality work at all. I want my alignment money ($60) refunded in full.... More

The Al Serra dealership sales staff was friendly and answered all of my questions about the Envoy. I've been buying my cars from Al Serra for years and even though I live closer to the Patsy Lou William answered all of my questions about the Envoy. The sales staff does not pressure you into a sale. It's a friendly and relaxed enviroment. The service department and body shop are second to none. More
