New tire We needed new tires in a hurry with the winter weather coming up. Because of hectic work schedules and travel requirements for work, it’s very hard to We needed new tires in a hurry with the winter weather coming up. Because of hectic work schedules and travel requirements for work, it’s very hard to schedule a time for the car to be in the shop. The guys in the service department were able to get us in on a Saturday morning and we were able to pick it up same day. Awesome! More

I was satisfied with everything that was done to my car . Wonderful Experience at Al Spitzer Ford in Hartville, OH I was 400 miles from home and one side of the protective engine cover became loose, so it was dragging at various times while driving. I called the dealership that I use at home and was told to call a local Ford dealership if possible. I called the Al Spitzer Ford dealership in Cuyahoga Falls, OH on Saturday. Their service department didn't have any openings, but it was recommended that I call the Al Spitzer Ford dealership in Hartville, OH. I did call there and Zack, the customer service person, couldn't have been nicer. He said to bring it in when I could get there and that they would look at it. I did take it to the dealership and it was a great experience. Zack was very helpful and the service department took the car in within 10 minutes of my arrival. Within a half hour, they had fixed the problem and Zack said there was no charge. It was a wonderful experience and it was so nice to know that the Ford dealership in Hartville, OH went out of their way to help me while I was so far away from home. I have talked to my dealership and told them of my experience! I would recommend this dealership to anyone!! More
