Lindsey Warner was our point of contact when we brought our Ford Fusion in for recall work. We had a good experience and she communicated by text to let us know the status of our car. However, I would reco our Ford Fusion in for recall work. We had a good experience and she communicated by text to let us know the status of our car. However, I would recommend that when texting she identifies her name so we knew who to ask for when we called to check on status. She did a superb job helping to get all three recalls completed with our Ford Fusion. Thank you! More
Lindsay was SO Very Helpful with All my questions & nees. She was prompt in getting my kit ordered & in & explained to me in terms I easily understood. I believe the service department did very good job. Scott, the service writer. He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The work was done correctly and so far so good. My biggest complaint would be the pricing of service. I had thoughts of going to a non-dealership to get my service done but the only reason I came there is because of the points I have that gave me money off of my service. I was quoted $1300 to replace front struts that the service text said need to be addressed someday. That is just outrageous. $300 to put a thermostat that is also out rages. So my complaints are not with the service or the job they do but overall value I guess.. More
