David took care of me in a timely manner. It was in for timing chain and then had to return in a few days for transmission pump which was a shock. Not Davids fault although disappointed in Ford. David Welsh was very friendly and helpful in determining what work I did or did not need to get done. My key gob went thru the laundry and I figured it needed reprogramming. The service department tried the what work I did or did not need to get done. My key gob went thru the laundry and I figured it needed reprogramming. The service department tried the less costly route first and got it working with a battery thought I needed brake pads, but they determined the pad was not getting engaged properly. I forgot I had recall notice, but Dave took care of it. It took a while but regular updates and a proffered bag of chex (;-) mix helped. I feel safer in my car. Thanks Dave More
